What data we process

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Orders: name, delivery and billing address, phone, email and order details.

We do not see, store or process your card details. Payments are handled on the secure platform of a licensed payment institution.

Who we share it with

Your data is processed in Türkiye. Delivering your order requires sharing your address with couriers in your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for the periods required by law. Invoices and commercial records are kept for 10 years under Turkish tax law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
