Where we ship

We ship from Istanbul, Türkiye to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Our prices include express shipping to these countries. For other countries, write to us with your country and the number of boxes; we calculate shipping and send you a secure payment link.

Order limit

Each order is limited to 3 boxes. Some countries, including Saudi Arabia, allow food supplements for personal use only in limited quantities, and this limit keeps your parcel within those rules.

Shipping and delivery time

Orders are sent by express courier with a tracking number. Delivery time depends on your destination and on customs clearance in your country.

Customs, duties and taxes

Gulf countries: orders to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman are within the duty-free limit for personal shipments. You pay no customs duty and no extra fees on delivery; the price you see is the final price.

Other countries: if import charges may apply in your country, we tell you together with your shipping quote, before you pay.

Payment

Card payments are processed by iyzico, a licensed payment institution. We never see or store your card details.

Returns

• Unopened products: you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first; return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Opened products: for hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned.
• Damaged or incorrect products: write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
