2. Scope

These terms apply to orders for Magvela placed from outside Türkiye through www.velarislab.com, by secure payment link or by email. By completing payment you confirm that you have read these terms, our shipping & returns page and our privacy policy.

Magvela is a food supplement for adults. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

3. Products, prices and order limit

Product details, ingredients and amounts per capsule are shown on our website. Prices are in US dollars. For Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, prices include express shipping, and no customs duty or extra fees are charged on delivery.

For other countries, shipping is quoted individually and included in the payment link we send you; if import charges may apply in your country, we tell you before you pay.

Each order is limited to 3 boxes, in line with personal-use limits for food supplements in several destination countries.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by iyzico, a licensed payment institution, by credit or debit card. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared in Istanbul and sent by express courier with a tracking number. Delivery time depends on your destination and on customs clearance. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the parcel is not collected, we will contact you; any extra shipping costs that result may be charged to you.

6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by writing to [email protected]. We refund the full amount.

After delivery, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, for unopened products. Please contact us first; return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the price of the returned products to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving them.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

7. Damaged, incorrect or faulty products

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong or a faulty product, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Health information

Read the label and the warnings on our website before use. RISE contains caffeine (50 mg per capsule). Magvela is not recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult your doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

9. Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, write to [email protected]; we reply within 7 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
